Personal Training

Beyond Fitness has a unique mix of Personal Trainers at the top of their field in Stamford, CT. From sports performance to muscle gain, from body composition changes or enjoying more playtime with the kids, from community partners or wellness guidance the training professionals at Beyond are ready to help you take the next step (or lunge) with your fitness.

Personal Training sessions are either 50 minutes or 25 minutes.

We have seven in-house trainers who teach one on one sessions and our small group training classes.

Beyond Fitness offers personalized assessments to match-make you with the trainer that suits your goals and timeline. 

Specialties Include Pre/Post-Natal, Kettlebells, MELT Method, Roll Model Method, Sandbag, Training for Warriors, and TRX suspension/RIP.
