Wendi's fitness journey began with a back injury, igniting her passion for wellness. Transitioning from a decade of being a stay-at-home mom, she transformed into a certified personal trainer. Dedicated to helping clients reach their peak, Wendi nurtures well-being, believing it's the cornerstone of a fulfilling life. She champions the profound impact of health on every life facet and treasures setting an example for her active sons.
